It hosted its first AGM recently and celebrated the raising of €6 million for Phase 3 of the development with our local and international investors.
Saronsberries is currently harvesting Phase 1 and tracking at 200% of production forecast. Congratulations go to the team led by Johan Swanepoel, MD and Partner supported by strategic investors: hashtag#Gemüsering, hashtag#Widmann and hashtag#Wilczewski and bank financing from hashtag#AfricaConnect DEG.
The rapid scaling of this project is supported by an experienced agricultural team who have been given management equity participation as a result of their commitment . It is important to Loxworth that the operations teams of its investments benefit from the shareholder value that they are central in creating.
