Namibia Berries is expanding its operations in Divundu and is looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to join our Phase 3 development. This is an exciting opportunity for a Namibian national with strong agricultural knowledge and a passion for practical, on-the-ground farm management.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the setup and day-to-day management of blueberry production operations for Phase 3.
• Supervise planting, irrigation, pest control, and general crop care.
• Maintain accurate records of planting, fertiliser use, and harvest schedules.
• Conduct regular field scouting and report any irregularities.
• Coordinate seasonal labour and ensure productivity on the blocks.
• Liaise with senior managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
• Namibian citizenship (required).
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in crop production, research trials, or horticulture.
• Practical knowledge of pest/disease control, irrigation systems, and planting methods.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise small teams.
• Experience with GLOBALG.A.P. or HACCP is an advantage, but not essential.
